I don't think your browser can affect whether other people's systems identify your email as spam. Far more likely that it's your ISP or domain name (yahoo.com).
It *could* be my ISP. I don't remember the details of my computer service, but my ISP rotates and changes quite a lot from day to day. When I edit Wikipedia logged out, my edits are never from the same ISP twice. And from my last post, I also see now that because this mailing list changes everything to raw text, a URL won't show up if what you see (before clicking on the link) is the web page's title rather than the actual URL. My Yahoo browser recently started turning my URL's into page titles and image or video previews every time I paste in a URL! >:(
