See the other measurement verbs: {juch} have a width of, {Saw'} have a depth of, {'ab} & {'aD} have a length of, {ngI'} have a weight of.
Also remember the new verb {men} "have an area of". (Miniatur Wunderland) -- Lieven L. Litaer aka the "Klingon Teacher from Germany" http://www.klingonisch.de http://www.klingonwiki.net/En/Measurements
I will now. <g> And if we're being thorough, there's also {juv} "measure" which "refers to the action of somebody who is taking a measurement" (st.klingon 10/22/1997). -- Voragh -----Original Message----- From: Lieven L. Litaer Am 15.04.2019 um 16:20 schrieb Steven Boozer:

Klingon Word of the Day for Sunday, April 14, 2019 Klingon word: muq Part of speech: verb Definition: have a volume of _______________________________________________ AFAIK never used. See the other measurement verbs for usage: {juch} have a width of; {Saw'} have a depth of; {'ab / 'aD} have a length of; {ngI'} have a weight of. Note too the verb {vItlh} "be high, great (in quantity, size, intensity)": (qepHom 2017 p.17): It's used for things that are measurable or quantifiable but not necessarily countable. So you'd use it for things like speed or distance or the price of something: {Do vItlh} high velocity, {chuq vItlh} great range, great distance.
