He is giving a disclaimer to his own story that he is about to tell.  He is not saying anything about the original post.  The original post inspired him to tell a story which is NOT cannon (based on the original post's request for a word for "Jew") and he thought he'd better warn folks up front that he was going to say something non-canon.
