AFAIK our only published example of {joq} “or, and/or” with a prefixed verb comes from _The Klingon Hamlet_ :

   ngIpwI' nojwI' joq yIDaQo'

  “Neither a borrower nor a lender be” (TKH Act I: Scene 3)

Though I admit it’s not canon.  We also have an example of {ghap} “or, either/or”:

  naQ megh'an 'er'In ghap yI'uch.  
  naQ 'er'In megh'an ghap yI'uch.

  Grasp either end of the stick.

 (lit. "grasp the end or the other end of the stick") (HQ 12.2)

Not directly related to the {qoj}, but with the qep'a' around the corner, I'd like to remind that we *still* don't have a jay' answer as to the correct verb prefix with regard(s) to the {joq}:

"feed the owl and/or the cat": {lIr vIghro' joq yIje'} or {lIr vIghro' joq tIje'}?
