Can an adverb refer to a be-verb which is acting as an adjective ? Example:

tlhoy bo'Degh tIn vISop

I eat the excessively big bird

I doubt it. I haven't seen anyone suggest this before, and Okrand hasn't done it. Use this instead: tlhoy tInbogh bo'Degh vISop.
