A couple of people have said that they would be willing to contribute, but they don't know how to use GitHub. In the latest Android version of {boQwI'}, you can submit translations and corrections directly from within the app. (You have to enable this in the options menu.)

Now you have no excuse. If you know one of the above languages, and you use {boQwI'}, and you see an entry which is missing the definition in your language, you can just type it in right there in the app!
