I agree with SuStel, { qIb luche'qa' Sith} is perfect.  I think mayqel is fixated on the “once” in “once more” which doesn’t mean that something happened one and only one time, just that it happened before and now it’s happening again.  “Once again we have a Republican president” – i.e. Republicans and Democrats regularly replace each other in office and now it’s the Republicans’ turn.  (Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose!)
