These all sound good. Here=E2=80=99s slightly =
reworded versions (I=E2=80=99ve marked all the new text in green; the =
visits suspended with positive drug test text is added to the existing =
text about visits returning to stage 1):

either conservator gives notice at least 30 calendar days in advance of =
travel plans that would interfere with normally scheduled visitation, a =
makeup visit may be scheduled based on mutual availability. The makeup =
visit must take place within 45 days of the end of =
travel.

Phone calls will be initiated by Mr. Hobbs. If Mr. Hobbs is unable to =
initiate the call within 15 minutes of the designated time, a makeup =
call will only be scheduled if advance notice is given by e-mail at =
least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call.
* If Mr. Hobbs fails to =
initiate two consecutive phone calls, phone contact will be suspended, =
and Mr. Hobbs will need to contact the other conservators via e-mail to =
set it up again.
* Travel reimbursement will only be offered if child support =
payments have been current for at least six weeks prior to the visit for =
which travel reimbursement is requested.

If Mr. Hobbs fails to =
complete a requested drug test, or tests positive for an illegal =
substance or marijuana, visitation returns to stage 1. In addition, visitation will be suspended =
until a subsequent drug test is completed with a negative result for all =
illegal substances, or a hair/nail test shows reduced levels of illegal =
substances compared to another test of the same type which had been =
previously completed within the past 90 days.

to previously mentioned regular and holiday contact opportunities, Mr. =
Hobbs may choose one Muslim holiday per Islamic calendar year (defined =
as the period between the new moons marking the first day of Muharram in =
consecutive Islamic calendar years, based on lunar observations in the =
city in which John resides) for an additional phone call. The specific =
holiday must be chosen with at least 30 calendar days=E2=80=99 =
notice.

make-up a visit due to travel if we give Greg 30 days notice. And he has =
the same rights.
- That Greg initiates the calls. If he misses two or more calls, he =
will need to email us to set them back up again. We will give him a 15 =
min window to call in, but if he can't call in that window we will only =
arrange a make-up call if he gives us advance notice by =
