Is this "one only" rule specifically stated? Or merely have no canon examples appeared with more than one verb acting adjectivally on a noun at a time?

So far as we know, we can only use one verb acting adjectivally on a noun at a time.

If it were specifically stated, I wouldn't have said "so far as we know."

Okrand has not used such a construction, and he has gone out of his way to avoid it. Nothing tells us that we CAN do it. So odds are it's not allowed.
