We do have the example of «jIb Ho'Du'» for "comb", as well as «DeSqIvDu'» for the handles of the «nevDagh», so I'd say it's fairly likely to be «Ho'Du'».

On the other hand, we also have a distinction between «noqDu'» and «noqmey».

Subject: [tlhIngan Hol] {Ho'} new meaning

The new definition says cog/sprocket *teeth*. I assume the singular {Ho'} refers to one such tooth. What's the plural? Is it {Ho'Du'} (even when referring to a non-body part) or {Ho'mey}?
