Who knows? Maybe there's an unambigous perfective quality verb in canon somewhere that we haven't brought up.

By the way, when I say "quality verb," I mean one that hasn't been modified to describe something that is no longer a quality. For instance, paq'batlh has bInenchoHpu', but that -choH turns the quality nen be mature into an event nenchoH become mature. paq'batlh has quite a few -choHpu' words in it. Words like these don't count.
