Assuming that {qamchIyDaq 'uQ'a'} is the original title and "Feast at Qam-Chee" is just a translation, what if it is the translation that is wrong, exactly because of that (in)famous ungrammaticality?
Namely, what if {'uQ} is a verb (related or unrelated to the noun {'uQ}, otherwise unattested) and {-'a'} is then, of course, the interrogative suffix? This would mage the whole thing a perfectly grammatical sentence.
