classified as a noun.

I'd go with the boQwI' version since the {-meH}'ed clause it's
associated with, but what the jay', I thought I should verify anyways.

From what I can understand, neither is correct. qav is not known to be a word, so it should not have a separate entry in any word list or a listed part of speech.
