I liked a lot all of the suggestions, and I liked even more voragh's:

> chay’ chomuSHa’ ?
> How do you love me?

The problem however could be, that here, the question could rather be perceived as "In what way do you love me ?". As a friend ? As a lover ?

So, perhaps in order to solve this problem, we could employ the classic approach of using more than one sentences. vaj pelaD:

{chay' chomuSHa' ? chomuSHa'qu''a' ?}
how do you love me ? do you love me a lot ?

or

{chay' chomuSHa' ? chomuSbejHa''a' ?}
how do you love me ? do you really love me ?

The second sentence, gives context to the first.

muSHa’ has been so treated in the paq’batlh:

  SaqSub'e' muSHa'bogh pawmeH leng qeylIS HuDmey Sal ghIq ghIr

  And Kahless traveled to his beloved Saq'sub, over the mountains (PB)

so how about a simple:

  chay’ chomuSHa’ ?

  How do you love me?

SuStel made some pretty good points and suggestions. But if you're looking for a very literal translation that uses 'ar, I came up with jIHvaD parmaq 'ar Daghaj? "How much love do you have for me?"

ghaj is probably not the best verb here but unfortunately we don't yet have a verb for "feel an emotion", which is what I'd be inclined to use otherwise.

If we're talking about some other kind of love, we have to agree to treat muSHa' as meaning love. The noun form is muSHa'ghach. A person, of course, is bang. Then you can say things like chomuSHa'mo' jIHvaD nuq Data'qang and chomuSHa' 'e' yIDel.
