There's nothing technically wrong with it. However, it violates my sense of adjective order. We're not dealing exactly with adjectives here, but the effect is the same.

Mind you, that's an English rule. There's no guarantee that Klingons have anything like it. Given their strictly ordered suffixes and word order, however, I wouldn't be surprised if there were such a thing.
