It certainly looks inspired by random pIqaD characters, including numerals, though ti also has characters that are not of any pIQaD I’m familiar with. The resemblance is stronger to pIqaD than to any human alphabet/syllabary I know of, though if there are any secret messages in there, they escape me.

PS: there was also a monitor in some TV show (Debris??) that had some alien script that looked Klingon-ish too, so maybe I’ve got pIqaD on the brain for some reason.
