We don't know of any difference. I'd say the difference between
squirm and writhe is that the latter suggests
tension while the former does not. But there's no telling
whether the Klingon words have the same difference.
Do we have a sense of what the difference is between the meanings of {ghIS} and {nogh}? In English, "wiggle" or "squirm" does accurately describe what a bowl of {qagh} would do, and it would be a little bit strange (but still basically correct) to use "writhe".
