So..

jatlhqu'meH tlhIngan Hol = spoken klingon or klingon of speaking.

However the presence of {-qu'} somehow confuses me. If the {jatlhqu'meH tlhIngan Hol} is indeed a {meH}ed noun, then how does the presence of {-qu'} alter the meaning ?
