in 99.9 percent of current computer systems, tha case of mail addresses
does not matter. Use tlhIngan-Hol@kli.org or tlhingan-hol@kli.org or
even tLhInGaN-hOl@kli.ORG

Admin, correct me if I'm wrong.
(actually, I'm trying the ugly example above, so if it arrives, it's
confirmed)
