Well, this is awkward. See, I'm a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, and our flotilla is a band. The Auxiliary doesn't have ranks, because it is a civilian organization instead of a military one, so the elected leader of our flotilla has the title of Flotilla Commander, which fully would be nawlogh ra'wI', more or less, but which would usually be shortened to ra'wI' commander. But we also have a member elected to the position of Band Leader, which fully would be something like QoQ ghom ra'wI', but surely would be reduced to ra'wI' conductor. Oops.
