It was a word on the wishlist. I believe he made it for us.

I'd have to check the Facebook post, but it was from a discussion about different locations that people wanted. I believe "area nearby" was also in that pack, but that can be said using {Sum}. The person may have wanted it for the title, but it didn't seem that way to me.
