Many of us also use single or double angle brackets ( << and >>).  We tend to avoid the use of single ( ‘ ) or double quotation marks ( “ ) when writing Klingon because depending on the font you’re using, these are easily confused with the {qaghwI’} ( ‘ ) which is a very common consonant.
