There's a new mobile game coming out called Star Trek Fleet Command. They recently released a trailer with some written Klingon phrases:

They appear to have asked for them using the KLI question board, but unfortunately they apparently just applied a pIqaD font to it, giving phases like *pungh HutlHwI vaD qaS yay*.
