nuq and 'Iv have the ability to act like pronouns in that you can ask questions like Dochvam nuq? What is that? I don't think we've seen the order <question word> <noun> before, though. To be safe, until someone could point out an example, I'd have said tlhIngan Hol nuq (or, of course, the fuller nuq 'oH tlhIngan Hol'e' or tlhIngan Hol 'oH nuq'e').
