Off the top of my head, we've seen a Klingon kiss a Trill, a Ferengi, and a half Betazoid half Human.

So, we have seen Klingons kiss on screen, I just don't recall any Klingons kissing other Klingons.

And in at least one of those instances, the context was the alien conforming to the culture of the Klingon.
