I've always thought that a halloween costume is just a {jech}. The
difference is that a {much jech} is used on stage, so roughly a "theatre
costume". People would not run around in a {much jech}, unless they want
to {much} something.

Well, Okrand didn't say that, but {jech} implies to me "disguise", and I
doubt a surgeon wants to disguise.
