Okay, I really want this to be a pun on "invoice", given that it starts with {ghogh}, but I'm not sure that works. The only meaning I can find for {'ot} is "the sound of the letter <o>" (which could be a pun on "owe", but then why {ghogh}?). - SapIr On Fri, May 12, 2017 at 03:00:02PM +0000, qurgh@wizage.net wrote:Klingon Word of the Day for Friday, May 12, 2017 Klingon word: ghogh'ot Part of speech: noun Definition: bill, payment request, something you must pay Source: qepHom 2015 p.18 This Klingon Word of the Day is brought to you by qurgh (qurgh@kli.org).
I'm thinking it's ghogh = voice and then 'ot
sounds like out. The out is on the end, opposite
the in at the beginning of invoice. (Dare I
say... it's an inverse?)
