That third translation is… interesting.

I’d have translated it as “Terrans hope that you (plural) send Emissaries of Klingon soldiers so that they can see this wonderful event.” I’m guessing that “We” are {tera’nganpu’} and that the Klingon fighters’ emissaries are honorable, though that wasn’t actually stated in the Klingon sentence.

I guess that this an example of Klingon not utilizing the apposition of "we Terrans." Kind of like "The thralls surrender!" spoken by a thrall.

tlhIngan SuvwI' Duypu' isn't meant as emissaries of Klingon soldiers; it's meant as Klingon warrior emissaries.

I would have back-translated the Klingon as {jantorpu’ DameH Duypu’ra’ quv, wanI’’a'vamDaq bongeH ‘e’ wItul.}

jantor witness didn't exist when this line was translated. I also don't know the poetic or metrical requirements of the line.
