We missed the June deadline, but I've just sent the final revisions to the publisher.
If any errors remain, I guess someone will just have to organise a 3rd edition.
I have the final draft. I have a few days to proofread it before it gets published.
Does anyone want to help proofread it? I can send a copy of the file to a few people, but the publishers want both to limit the number of people and to have it done very soon. The plan now is to release it on next Monday.
