indeed ! here we say "elvetia", with the stress being placed on the "i". we never say "elvetika" to describe the region. we only say "elvetika" to use it as an adjective.

Helvetica is the typeface (font) name, not the name of the country.

Switzerland is called the Confoederatio Helvetica (i.e., the Swiss
Confederation), which is sometimes Helvetia (no "c") for short, but
never Helvetica, which would be an adjective ("Swiss").
