I still use a flip-phone. If I send a text, I have to press each number key multiple times. It
takes a long time to write texts. Press the number 4 two times to get an "h"; press the number 7
four times to get the letter "s"; and so on. But even with all that, I cannot bring myself to write
in text-shorthand. I must spell out words and use punctuation.
