At first I was surprised to read your question, because I was 100% certain that the STID Klingon didn't come from 'oqranD.

But looking further into this matter, I finally understood what happened! I obviously confused "Star Trek Into Darkness" with "Star Trek Discovery", where (in DSC) the Klingon dialogues haven been written by common people.
