Is the {Hol} necessary ? Just what the @!#!@!! means {tlhIngan} ?

Can I say {tlhIngan vIlle'} for "a fan of the klingon language" ?

tlhIngan vIlle' means either a fan of Klingons or a fan who is a Klingon. The Hol is necessary to say that you're talking about a language, not a Klingon.
