Losing the difference in case is creating ambiguity in the human notation of spoken Klingon that isn’t in the language itself, since the romanized alphabet is merely a phonetic alphabet, different from pIqaD, which doesn’t have this little problem.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">So, basically, nobody will stop you from writing in all uppercase, but doing it improves the odds that you’ll be misunderstood.
