while <b>qarbe''a'</b> is not. I don't think Klingons who hear <b>qar'a'</b>
are thinking that it means <i>is it correct?</i> It would come
across to them more like <i>amiright?</i> It's a thing you say,
not a sentence to be parsed.<br>
