<p>I think this makes sense. Of course, you're not likely to put <b>-pu'</b>
on a mass noun. And <i>masses</i> is the plural of <i>mass,</i>
and a mass (of people) isn't a being capable of using language, so
it won't get <b>-pu'.</b><br>
