In the meanwhile, I have found out who this someone is: Bing.<br>

"Star Trek" is always translated by Bing as "Hov trek". When you set the <br>
language to Klingon pIqaD, the letter K is replaced by the Klingon <br>
letter for tlh.<br>

I've also checked the other titles, and they all are results of the Bing <br>
