<p>We don't know of any difference. I'd say the difference between
<i>squirm</i> and <i>writhe</i> is that the latter suggests
tension while the former does not. But there's no telling
whether the Klingon words have the same difference.<br>

It was described that way on page 4 of the booklet of the qep'a', which included some other words with the title "Movements".
If you like to be /very/ correct, there were no dots, but parentheses:
{ghIS} - wiggle, squirm (v) (a word you might use when describing a bowl full of {qagh})
