<p>Where is the line between a state of being and not a state of
being? Or perhaps the negative <b>-Qo'</b> makes the rule not
operative because you're not commanding a state of being (the
negative <b>yIDachQo'</b> versus the positive <b>yISaH'eghmoH</b>)?<br>
