[tlhIngan Hol] Sherlock Holmes: new words

Dear friends of the Klingon language,

for Andrew Miller's second translation of Sherlock Holmes, he has 
received some new words from Maltz. Only definitions in quotes are canon:

{re'an}, meaning "collateral" or "pledge", to be used in the phrase 
{re'an Suy} "pawnbroker"

{qo'rInwal}, meaning "Cornwall", the English county known for its 
indigenous Celtic language

{ro'ma} "Roma, Romany" (people of Roma origin, in Sherlock Holmes called 
"Gipsy")
