[tlhIngan Hol] New words from qepHom 2025

The Saarbrücken qepHom'a' of 2025 happened from November 19 - 23, 2025. 
Marc Okrand provided a total of about 50 new words, of which about 21 
terms were combined of existing words, and about 28 completely new 
words, and one came with a new usage. Also, he answered some questions 
to the usage of known words.
