Not that I know of, but the Klingon Language Wiki has a page on parts of
the book:

Oh, and a new word from qepHom 2025 is {'atSuj}:

phase, stage (in a process)

This is a broader term than mIw. Like mIw, a 'atSuj is one part of a
larger process or project, and most often consists of several subparts,
each of which is a mIw. 'atSuj may also mean "chapter (of a book)." In
this sense, it resembles 'ay'. A book's 'atSuj may consist of a number
of 'ay'mey, but a 'ay' of a book, unless it refers to a major division,
does not contain a 'atSuj. (qepHom 2025, p. 29)
