Klingon word: ngotrI'tal
Part of speech: noun
Definition: parallel
Source: qep'a' 30 [2023]
_______________________________________________

AFAIK not used in a sentence.

(https://klingon.wiki/En/Coordinates ):
The modern words used for the imaginary lines used in determining coordinates -
or the actual lines on a map or similar image - are:
ngotrI'tal "parallel" [i.e. horizontal line on map]
lungrI'tal "meridian" [i.e. vertical line on map]
The traditional terms from which these were derived are:
         ngottal
         lungtal
         lechtal
Again, Maltz didn't know how to translate these, but he said the arrangement
    formed triangles.

For a more detailed explanation see Lieven's helpful webpage on the Klingon coordinate system at https://klingon.wiki/En/Coordinates
