(qep'a' 2023):  For "ESP," {'erwI'Daq} is normally fine. The usual term for psychic ability (or abilities) in general is {renyarDaq}. The study of parapsychology is {renyarDaq QeD}, but this is sometimes shortened to {DaqQeD}.
