[tlhIngan Hol] Constructed language

FWIW I found *{Hol 'oghlu'(pu')bogh} in my notes which was tagged "KLI".  I must have seen it used on some KLIL web page but carelessly failed to record the URL.

I agree with the above, but would like the add the thought that just like in English, there is a difference between an invented language and a constructed one. So an alternative might be {Hol chenmoHlu'ta'bogh}.

Not a big difference, just a suggestion.
