[tlhIngan Hol] Software supporting Klingon for its GUI?

I got Klingon working in LO in the past with a language extension that fergusq
over on the discord made in 2021. It was just a spellcheck/grammar check based
on his own dictionary program and used the boQwI' database for words, it was
not a gui localisation. There is an .oxt file available in the finnish section
of his site at https://klingonia.fi still, but I can't seem to get it working
now. I think over the years LibreOffice has changed but the extension hasn't,
they might have even reverted the changes to add the Klingon language and
locale information to the selectable languages.
