[tlhIngan Hol] suffix {-jaj} with imperatives

While no rule explicitly forbids this, I'm not sure this has any meaning. Imperatives are used for commands and {-jaj} for hopes and wishes. What is it you are hoping? What order are you giving? Is there a reason not to use {bI-} + {-jaj}? mISmoH mu'tlheghlIj.
