Nonono. In Lieven's example two sentences, the object of the second 
sentence is an elided *'oH.* In *romuluSnganpu''e' DaH tIHIv,* the 
object of the verb is *romuluSnganpu''e'.* It's just been moved to the 
front of the sentence for emphasis.
