Who knows? IIRC TalkNow Klingon was released in 2017 and Okrand did some brief translations for the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in 2016 – which is where your image comes from - , including the Apollo 11 Command Module :
tera' jar Soch, DIS wa' Hut jav Hut, maSDaq SaqmeH Qu' wa'DIch HochHom
turlu'taHvIS, wej logh lengwI'pu' pa'mey 'oH APOLLO wa'maH wa' ra'ghom
bobcho' COLUMBIA'e'.
The Apollo 11 Command Module, Columbia, was the living quarters for the
three-person crew during most of the first manned lunar landing mission
in July 1969. (NASM)
So the timing is right.

I can't help but think that this is the word "Apollo". Maybe Okrand was thinking of the Apollo Lunar Sample Return Container (ALSRC), from the Apollo 11 mission, when he coined the word:

Of course, there are a huge number of things associated with the word "Apollo" so it may be impossible to determine what Okrand was thinking of, if he was thinking of this word at all, unless he tells us.
