You can just ignore the pun, as many people do.

Don't forget that even though it's a constructed language, it's
constructed as an alien language. If those (fictive) aliens do not have
the thing you ask the word for, there really just isn't any, and we need
a strange construction.

As a matter of fact, that happens with many languages. English has many
words that make no sense without context. You can a have a beer and also
have a baby. Does that stop you from lerning English?
